Project Workflow

As a vertically integrated solutions provider, RMB pulls from a wide array of resources to deliver a finished project that solves your problem.  Whether designing a custom component from the ground up, or meeting your needs through our wide range of standard solutions, service is at the core of RMB’s value offering.  Each customer is assigned a project manager to be a consistent point of contact throughout the project.  This project manager coordinates with the design / engineering staff to develop the component from the ground up, and works with the resin formulation team to ensure the proper resin for the application.  Any tooling or metal fabrication can be conducted in-house, to ensure that  there are no third-party delays or cost overruns. Additionally, RMB has developed an extensive range of molding capabilities which it can combine to mold the component.  RMB can then conduct numerous finishing processes in order to ensure the produce is truly turn-key for its application.  And finally, the Company has made significant investments in its quality assurance infrastructure, so that every product sent out the door meets your specifications.
