Rotational Lining
RMB has redefined what can be rotationally lined. The Company has developed its technologies to line immense or tiny substrates, and is capable of lining the simplest to the most complex structure.
The
Process
Rotational lining
applies a thin layer of thermoplastic material onto the interior surface of a
substrate. The substrate itself forms
the exterior of the finished product.
This process creates an evenly lined interior ideal for lining pipes,
fittings and vessels, with the flexibility to tailor the material for the
specific application. Learn more about the process here.
Advantages
- Uniform thermoplastic layer to the interior of vessels, regardless of complex geometry
- Provides a bonded interior liner without the use of adhesives and without the need to access interior parts
- Able to line large structures seamlessly without stressing the thermoplastic liner
Case Studies
RMB has developed its rotational lining technology beyond the scope of what was previously thought possible. See examples of RMB’s lining capabilities here.
Resins
RMB can rotationally line substrates using a wide variety of technical resins. Whether you need durability, chemical resistance, purity or all three, please review our resin capabilities.
