Core Manufacturing Capabilities
RMB has made its name rotationally
molding components and rotationally
lining substrates. But RMB is not the typical rotational
molder. Over the Company’s nearly fifty
year history, it has refined its manufacturing techniques so that today, it
provides only the highest quality rotational molding and lining manufacturing
to support extremely demanding applications. In addition, it has developed a
unique and diverse set of other manufacturing capabilities – including injection
molding, twin-sheet thermoforming, compression molding, and product finishing –
that it can integrate into a complete assembly.
Additive Manufacturing
In addition to its molding processes, RMB’s subsidiary On Demand Manufacturing (ODM) is a pioneer in the field of selective laser sintering for additive manufacturing. RMB can combine laser sintered products into its manufactured assemblies, providing it extensive manufacturing versatility.
